Charlotte Brown
Supervising Social Worker
Hi my name is Charlotte I have been working with Fostering Dimension since 2014. I started my journey with the organisation as an Admin Assistant and now I am one of Supervising Social Workers within the team.
I have always enjoyed working with children and families and I have worked/volunteered in a variety of social care setting. This includes; Early Years, Family Support, CAMHS and Youth Offending.
As a child (many moons ago) I was in care. As a result, I have always been motivated and passionate about working in fostering. I have a sound understanding that no matter the individual’s circumstance or background. Every child and young person should have the opportunity grow and prosper in a safe, nurturing and secure environment.
When I not busy working I enjoy spending time with my family, going on adventures and baking cakes.

Lydia Sansome
Administrative Assistant
My name is Lydia,
I started working for Fostering Dimensions as an administrator in March 2018. I attend panel meetings where I take the minutes. I mainly do the typing of letters & other paperwork. The fun part is creating the Newsletters for Foster Carers & Young people, which I enjoy because I can get creative. Working for this company is great because of the team of people who strive to find families who can help make young people’s lives better.
I have 2 Children, 3 cats and a puppy. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. My favourite thing to do is have pizza and a movie night with my children watching superhero movies.

Paul Grant
Responsible Individual
Hi, I am the Responsible individual at Fostering Dimensions. I have quite a wide range of responsibilities which include: Safeguarding, Quality Assurance, Complaints and Concerns; and Business Development. I have been working with the agency since it gained Ofsted approval in 2012. I am not a social worker, however I have worked with children and young people in a paid and voluntary capacity since 1995. I also sit on the board of a large organisation that represents the views of children in the family justice system. I am proud of the work that we do and the difference that we make in the lives of the children for whom we provide foster care. In my spare time I like reading books on Economics, Politics and History.
